No. The formula uses bakuchiol and 10% lactic acid, with no retinol listed. Bakuchiol is a different ingredient; this serum is not a substitute for a prescribed retinoid.
Do I need another exfoliating toner?
This serum already contains 10% lactic acid. Keep your routine simple and avoid layering another exfoliating acid or scrub in the same session, especially when starting.
Can I use it every night?

I am using bakuchiol serum for some days and it gave my skin visible glow..but my skin got super dry around nose and mouth area just like after using retinol..so u need to apply a good moisturizer in morning 2 to 3 times to overcome dryness..overall good product
