Thoroughly wet your hair and the bar. Start with plenty of water so the lather can spread easily through your roots.
A little preparation makes the next step easier.

Rub the bar between wet hands, then work the foam into your scalp. Or glide the wet bar gently over your roots from front to back.
Start with a little and add more water as you work it in.
Step 03
A gentle massage. A thorough rinse.
Massage your scalp with your fingertips, then rinse well. Repeat if needed, and follow with your usual conditioner if your lengths need it.
Let the lather do the work; there’s no need to scrub hard.

Let your bar dry between washes.
Set it on a draining dish away from the shower stream. Avoid leaving it in pooled water, and let it dry before packing it for travel.

Is this shampoo or a soap bar?
It’s a solid shampoo made with cleansing ingredients including sodium cocoyl isethionate and cocamidopropyl betaine. You use it to wash your hair, just in a different format.
Will a small bar really lather?
Yes. Wet your hair and the bar well, then rub it between your palms or glide it over your roots. Add water as you massage to help the creamy lather spread.
Who is the rice protein formula for?
It’s formulated for all hair types, with a focus on body, softness and shine. It’s especially appealing if your hair looks flat or feels dull. Adjust the amount to your hair length and usual wash routine.
Do I still need conditioner?
You can keep using your usual conditioner, especially if your lengths feel dry or tangle easily. The bar is your shampoo step.
How long will one bar last?
Up to 30 washes, depending on hair length, how much you use and how you store it. Keep the bar on a draining dish and let it dry between washes.
Is it fragrance-free or vegan?
No. It has a coconut-and-vanilla scent, and the ingredient list includes aromatic oils. It also contains hydrolyzed silk protein, so it isn’t a vegan formula.
Can I use it on a sensitive scalp?

Will it treat hair loss?
